Over 90 horses are coming for the World Cup

Over 90 horses are coming for the Show Jumping World Cup in Bozhurishte.

The competition starts on Friday (1th July) and will continue till Sunday (3th of July). Riders from seven countries – Turkey, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Hungary and Bulgaria are expected to come. The biggest prize “White card” which will start at 17 o’clock is a qualification for the European championship and will bring points for the Longines rankings. The height of the obstacles will be from 140cm to 160cm and BNT will broadcast the show live. The prize in this challenge is 25 000 euro, the total prize is 43 000 euro.

 Angel Nyagolov, Ivailo Bonev, Kalin Nedelchev, Andrej Gochev, Stoyan Kitarovski, Veneto Tenev, Hristo Naidenov, Anton Datzinski, Svetlin Ivanov and others will represent Bulgaria.

The World cup budget is 190 000 BGN.  40 000 of them is given by the Youth and Sport Ministry. The competition is organized with the kind support of “White card”, “Domain Boyar”, “Citroen”, “Habau”, “Cavalor”, CUM, “EKOTOI”, BOK and Bozhurishte municipality.

 

Horse base “Krum Lekarski” will host the elite contest for the seventh year in a row.
